Becoming a parent is a big change in life, it can affect not only the practical aspects of your life but also how you feel about yourself and the world around you. I help mums adjust to the change – whatever it might be – becoming a parent, finding a parenting style that fits your family, finding yourself again, and going back to work. I can help you identify what is important to you, work through challenges of everyday life, offer space to reflect and make a plan for what is coming next.

Passionate (and competitive) sports team player, explorer, mum to three (including twins!) and a perfectionist who is practising letting go.
I help mums manage change in entering new roles and find ways to prioritise what is important to them. It can include becoming a parent, finding yourself again and balancing family and career.
